Erika started working with ROP in June of 2022. Throughout high school and her first couple of college years, she was involved in student organizations such as diversity and inclusion chair, class representative, or participating in protests for Movement for Black Lives. After spending the previous summer interning for a local dignity group she is ready to bring her skills to ROP. She aspires to bring positive change to rural areas such as her hometown Madras, Oregon. Whether that is supporting strong candidates running for county commissioner or the school board you can find her volunteering her time on any project that will bring positive change to her community.
